I’m a second-year PhD candidate at ETH Zurich, currently based in Singapore at the Singapore-ETH Centre (SEC). My research lies at the intersection of machine learning, ubiquitous computing, and digital health. I’m particularly interested in exploring smartphone usage patterns and wearable sensor data to capture individual phenotypes, with the goal of improving precision assessment of psychiatric disorders.

My academic background spans machine learning, signal processing, and systems research. Previously, I worked on improving the reliability and privacy of low-power wireless sensing devices.

My long term goal is to design non-invasive, intelligent health-sensing systems that support mental well-being and enable healthy longevity at scale.

Outside of work, I enjoy running and reading non-fiction, particularly world history. In an effort to keep up with the zeitgeist, I have also taken a casual interest in climbing and hiking.
